This is geared toward athletes of every kind, focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements. It can be used to enhance preparation or reduce recovery time after an injury, promoting flexibility, reducing fatigue and improving endurance and preventiung injuries.
Deep Tissue. 60 min ... $70
The focus is on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas, often in shoulder and back, to help dissolve adhesions, improve motion and reduce pain. This should slowly ease into deeper layers and should NOT hurt.

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
