Relax.

Rejuvenate.

Heal.

Massage is much more than simple relaxation. Depending upon the technique, research has shown it to be effective in many ways. Massage therapy can influence each and every one of the body's systems and, most importantly,  bring them into balance.

Therapeutic Massages.

There are various types of massage; many of which owe their rejuvenating effect greatly to the relaxation they induce. There are also many additives that can be used in a general massage or to treat specific circumstances.

Ms. Regina was able to help out one of my family members in an urgent situation. She went above and beyond! I am extremely grateful to her. I would highly recommend Ms. Regina and Impression BodyWorks to anyone that is seeking a therapeutic massage! She is a blessing!

Regina makes my little aches go away--and they stay away! I feel refreshed after a massage. Regina listens to you and your body.

I’ve been having a weekly massage with Regina for a year now. She improved my stressed vocal chords by massaging my neck and shoulders. She also researched my condition to be more effective with her massage. Today, I complained about my sinuses, and she immediately included a specific massage to alleviate the pressure, and it was awesome!!!
    Thank you Regina!

Regina is very knowledgeable & knows how to read your body! I would make it a daily routine if schedule allowed! She's probably the most engaged therapist with individual needs that I've met around the world thus far!

Evansville and Mt. Vernon peeps...after many years of massage therapists, the last 5 years i hit the jackpot with Regina Maier at Impression Bodyworks. She came via a referral from our doctor and she has been a godsend with all i have gone thru physically the last nine years. She studies your unique situation every single time and takes great pride in doing her best to assist with movement, pain, and overall mind and body relaxation/health. I encourage you to give her a try.. she is amazing..and a very nice person, besides!!

I received a massage from Regina. She was incredible. I have had many massages over the past years and she was by far the best. Not only did she hit my problem areas, but she also stretched out my legs and back (which is where I have issues).

Regina is very knowledgeable and professional in her approach to get you on the path of healing.I have been struggling with sacroiliac and lower back pain for over a year. She has been very good with communicating with me. She lets me talk and let her know where my problem spots are. She works on those and then finds other tight, sensitive areas. I have improved greatly since seeing her twice a week for the last 2 months. She has also taught me a lot and given me exercises to do to strengthen the weak surrounding areas. I give her an A++ rating!!!! Thank you Regina!

I have always been a massage nut! BUT, about 6 years ago our dr. recommended Regina to my fiance for back issues - and he came home and told me I HAD to try her because she had really helped him, and seemed very knowledgeable. I have numerous autoimmune issues, RA, frozen shoulder, and have been suffering with traumatic trigyminal neuralgia/neuropathy from shingles in my nose 9 years ago and as a result have residual nerve damage that is exasperated by numerous stressers. Regina has not only researched my situation out of her own desire to help me, but she is the only true "relief" I have after a massage. For me, she considers what is going on in my body (i.e. face most usually) and has brought me more relief, and hope than any medicine. Her massage room is very relaxing, her energy alone is so positive it radiates your experience in itself. You have to try her - - it's the absolute best thing you can do for yourself and you will love it. I go to her religiously - and will continue to do so. She DOES NOT provide a generic "massage" that is the same every week. Your "needs" dictate where and how she provides massage. It's never a "cookie cutter" type massage. Her knowledge of the human body, muscles, tissues, connectivity all come together to your benefit. Best in Evansville and Mt. Vernon in my opinion.

You really were the nicest, most knowledgeable massage therapist I have ever met, so you're stuck with me because I will never go to anyone else ever again!

I had a massage from Regina last week, to ease my low back pain. I received so much more...discussing the issues, evaluating my movements, a great massage, and reviewing exercises that will help strengthen my back. Regina is knowledgeable, empathetic, and highly skilled. I’ll be back soon!

Regina is the best! Relaxing massage is great, but she also gives therapeutic massage that has helped me so much over the past 3 years. I go once a week and can do so many things now that I couldn't before she started working on me. I highly recommend her. Especially for locals as her studio is easy to get to and very pleasant. No waiting rooms. If you come regularly the price is very affordable.

Regina is the best. She has helped me for several years now...to be able to move and accomplish things despite the pain of sciatica, numbness in my legs and general discomfort from the aging process. She is really a great helper for anyone needing therapeutic work and if you are able to just have massage for enjoyment, I would highly recommend her. She is conveniently located in Mt. Vernon in a comfortable home setting. You won't be disappointed.

Regina was able to locate and eliminate a muscle spasm I've had in my back for years as a pianist. She also taught me how to improve my performance posture in order to keep the spasm from returng, even during hours-long practices and performances.

I have know Regina for many years, and she continually amazes me with the level of care and attention with which she treats every single one of her patients.
